Every order ships directly from the manufacturer’s US warehouse, so a package may arrive in several deliveries from different carriers. Most items ship within [X] business days; you’ll get tracking for each box by email.
Free shipping on complete simulator packages over [AMOUNT]. Large items such as enclosures and mats may ship by freight; the carrier will call to schedule delivery to your curb or driveway.
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.
Inspect your delivery
Please open and check every box before signing for a freight delivery. If a box is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email us at [EMAIL] within [48 hours]. Unnoted freight damage is very hard to claim later.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within [30] days of delivery. Start a return by emailing [EMAIL] with your order number — returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Opened launch monitors and electronics, custom-size screens and enclosures, cut turf and software are final sale unless they arrive defective.
